Going ring shopping...need suggestions

Hi, guys, my boyfriend and I are going to look and rings and probably shopping, but anyway I have a question. What do you guys think of Mimi so? Do you think it''s forth going there? We are going to be in New York City, so we need some suggestions of where to go and look around. I would really appreciate it. Thanks in advance...

you need a place with lots and lots of stones and styles of rings/mountings (unless you have already decided what you what for a mounting). Mimi So is very good, David S diamonds is very good. Diamonds by Lauren is very good.

I actually meant Good Old Gold for buying the diamond, not necessarily for looking at styles of rings. Just know that whatever you see that you like in a setting, you can usually get one of the online vendors to order it for you for less and set your diamond.
