Is the girdle on the following stone too thin for Tiffany-style setting? Also, how would this work for tension setting?

Do not see any problem - 6 claw is safer than 4

Tension setting... they say a "medium" girdle is required for them. I am not sure that this term does not refer to a % of the diamond's total depth, but some actual measure in mm. If this "medium" refers to 1ct stones, than your diamond may have it too thin. I am not a setter, though. This is what I would ask a jeweler/company who mounts customer's diamonds in tension settings (i.e. "what girdle thicknedd will I need for your settings", otherwise they might just say whatever works for the sake of the trade... oh well).
