girdle polish importance?

Should I worry about girdle polish on a stone.

I'm looking at a .73 VVS1 I round stone with a thin girdle. It looks like it's not polished. It has an inscribed cert# on the girdle as well:eek:
 
This is generally a matter of personal preference.
