GIA wrong clarity in a IF?

I'm new to this forum but I've been looking at engagement rings and stumbled upon this internally flawless diamond which looks to have some tiny white specs internally. Can anyone explain how this is graded a IF by GIA as well as what those white dots are considered? I did see this stone on whiteflashes site as well but its gone now and this was the only site that that had a video. Any input is greatly appreciated
