GIA Square Cut Princess Question

I have heard that for GIA to certify a square cut princess that the length to width ratio cannot exceed 1.04 and that anything higher than that is certified rectangular. Is that correct?

I just looked at some GIA reports for different L/W ratios. It is pretty easy to do if you have it one database
