In a GIA report, it says at the bottom:

Comments: Pinpoints are not shown. Surface graining is not shown.

What does that translated into normal English mean? So they dont see pinpoints in the diamond? And what about surface graining?

It is noted in the report for thoroughness, but not drawn on the plot because it is a non-issue.

The search function is your friend.

Sorry about that. I know I should have used the search function. I just ended up cancelling the original diamond ring I bought and buying a new one. And wanted to see what the GIA report really was saying. Guess now just worried about the E color with strong fluorescence. Hoping it won't be too bad or whatnot. Thanks again
