Hello. Do the GIA report numbers have any significance, such as where the analysis was done or a particular grader? In other words, can any information at all be gleaned from the report number or is it entirely random? Thanks!

the report that the consumer sees will not have any details of which grading lab or who actually did the grading. Vendors themselves can sometimes know where the grading took place (based on the address of parcel) but never exactly who graded that stone. this is to keep the grading anonymous and "fair" in GIA's practice.

They're sequential, so you can estimate the date if you don't already have it.
