Do you think in having an eternity band made with .25 or .30 stones it is important for the stones to be GIA graded? Or if you go with a very reputable jeweler that it's ok to not go with GIA stones but diamonds that are hand selected to meet your specs? Thank you!

I would trust the eye of a jeweler such as ID Jewelry and not require GIA certed stones under .30 ct each.

If I could see the stones and approve them then I would be ok with non-certed stones but if my budget would allow I would love to have ACAs.

I requested certified diamonds for my Asschers...
I don't base my decisions on certs, but I prefer to have the paperwork.

I don't know much about ACA stones. I likely wont be viewing and approving of the stones but going with a very trusted jeweler who knows what my requirements are -- but the jeweler is out of state....

I feel ok without paperwork but I would just want to be assured of the quality and performance of the stones - and that's why im wondering if we need to go GIA. If they are super gorgeous high quality diamonds, it doesn't bother me not having a cert.

Yes true thanks. I've heard a lot of good stuff re: ID Jewelers!
