GIA Dossier - Origin, cut and grading locations?

Hi everyone.

I was wondering if it was possible to tell where a diamond was mined, cut & graded by the GIA Dossier that accompanies it.

I have noticed on the GIA Dossier of my diamond that it has the following information but have no idea what it means:

RAPAPORT INTERNATIONAL LTD.
Diamond Tower #1394
54 Betzalel Street
Ramat-Gan, 52521
Israel

Does this mean my diamond was graded in Israel?

I believe that this just means that the dealer who was in Israel sent the stone through Rapaport who owns a shipping security service.


I think it was just shipped through him to GIA.in the US.

it means that that the manufacturer or wholsaler used the Rapaport drop-off window in Israel for shipping purposses.
The diamond was either graded in NY or CA., it was in NO-WAY graded in Israel.

The GIA report does not include in their reports info. regarding "where mined or where cut/manufactured", GIA has no way of knowing these details.
