Just realized why some gia cert has Girdle Session: Which Says Thin to Medium, Faceted, 3.0%, or med to thick.... why some cert doesn't have it?

Thanks

All GIA diamond reports or dossiers should include at least a verbal description on girdle thickness. They don't always have % value; colored diamond reports don't, and fancy cut diamond reports don't.
Are you saying some GIA reports don't even have a verbal description?
Do you have the report number ofr a screenshot?

GIA # 6251989792, there is not verbal description about Girdle . Attach is the screenshot.

Thanks

sorry. did I mis-understand your question?
on the proportions diagram, it is clearly written "medium-slightly thick (faceted), 3.5%".

I think the question is why is the % not written on every GIA certification.

I've encountered this a few times for bruted girdles, so mostly on older stones. That may be coincidence....
