I givit 7 out of 10.
Surley GIA know the cause of haziness in a percentage of diamonds with blue fluorescence.
Surley if they are, as they say, a not for profit protecting consumers - they have an obligation to grade and disclose the transparency of diamonds?

Does fl affect color grading is a yes\no question not blah blah blah

Overall I think it is balanced. However some points are illogical or contradictory.

For instance, #11 whether fluoro affects values can be easily demonstrated with pricing surveys. It's not a question.

#7 Paragraphs one and two contradict one another.

And if trade professionals 'believe' that strong fluoro can affect transparency, and if they are not wrong, then strong fluoro can definitely affect sparkle in lighting environments with intense UV.

The crazy thing is they keep referring to the 1997 study - but no mention they changed the grading lighting and stopped over grading.
