GIA approx possible new Round Cut Grades

There are stones graded 2 and 3 that fall outside these best fit ovals based on some range data given in the recent "Foundation" article.

I could be wrong, but I was not with AGS

This is based on a 55% table -- what about stones with tables other than 55%?

Wow! This chart makes GIA1 a hazard... in favor of the GIA2 grade...

Did they take into consideration some cut grading factor that the HCA does not? Whatever happens, it will not be easy to argue with this lab''s word
