had a question, I contacted IDJ about the eternity band I'm interested and had a great informative conversation with them. I sent a follow up email about a week ago w some questions and summing up what we discussed and budget, I had not heard back it's been a week. Plus I made a follow up call. Is that unusual for them? I guess I'm not ready to immediately buy anyway but would like to work with them soon when I am.
 
That was not my recent experience - the responses to my email were almost immediate. Call back. Any chance your email had a typo?

Hi I don't think so. I mean it was kind of a long email w some detail but I would expect a sooner reply. I spoke to someone else at jeweler who said they would pass my message on about the email but yeah I sent it to correct place.
 
Any other experiences with this?? Not sure why no response. I would think it's impossible that they don't deal with people going over a lot of details so I hope that wasn't the issue. Though our phone convo was great!
 
IDJ has always been very responsive with me and easy to deal with. I've used email, phone, and their chat function.

If there someone specific you've been talking to, I'd call and ask for them directly. If not, I'd resend the email with a "Did you receive this last week?" question in the body of the email.

@Yekutiel - Could you help out here?
 
They're not open on Saturday and Sunday is a very busy day for them. Try again and ask for Yekutiel. They have great customer service and I'm sure this is simply an oversight.
 
Sure, I had to call three times in the past to get to the person I needed to speak with. They are busy and messages and emails can get buried if someone doesn't follow up right away. They are great once you actually get them. Just call again when you are ready to buy.
