i haven''t been around in a bit, been working on some fun stuff - namely, finding a HOUSE! YAY!
but anyway, that''s another story.

This month I will finally finish paying for my wonderful ring, but in the interim, I have some pics to share.

drat...i''m trying to post one more but it doesn''t want to go!

anyway, i thought i didn''t like my ring when i first saw the pic (some may remember my saying that) but now..well, i can''t WAIT to see it - i just know it''s going to be amazing.

the main diamond is a .97 carat, emerald cut, D color, VVS2 clarity.
the depth and table are 71.3%/70%

I know there are a lot of people who feel those two percentages should be lower, but I love it!

Forbidden, I love your ring! Don''t get hung up on numbers and people judging your stone based on that. We could argue until we''re blue in the face about that, but the main thing that matters is that you, as the consumer, love the stone. There are stones with crappy numbers with excellent light return and stones with excellent numbers but poor light return. If it looks beautiful to you, that''s all that matters. Enjoy, and post pics when you get it!
