Hi, I''m new with color gems here. For someone who bought gems from Gene, did you get any email or anything from him to confirm that you got the stones?

I have heard from him, especially when I''ve sent an e-mail to ask. Also, he tends to respond in the evening.

I can''t answer your exact question, because my Gene stone was cut specifically per my request, but I just wanted to second that most of my emails were answered in the evening, and there was a day or two delay.

I e-mailed him. After I made a payment I saw the stone still was available.
Any way, I bought a Chrome green tourmaline #920. Is 7.36mm too small for my 8mm halo setting? This is the first time I buy a loose color gem.

I got a confirm email from Gene. He is very nice. I hope that a stone looks nice IRL and fits in my Simon G setting.
