Gemstone Dealers That Sell To General Public

I realized only some high end gemstone dealers have those stones with the colour I am want. A lot of them only wholesale to people in the trade. Please tell me which gemstone dealers sell to the general public. I am looking for loose stones only. I can't afford huge stones; some dealers with huge stones are over my budget. Does Nomad's sell to the general public? Thank you very much.

Nomad will sell to the public if you visit their booth at gemshows. They are also $$$$$ but it also reflects the quality.

What kind of stones are you looking for ?
when you say huge do you mean 2 - 3 ct range or larger ?
