Gemstone Appraiser Recommendations

I was wondering if any of you wonderful PS'ers have any recommendations of Appraisers they have had good luck with for gemstones?

I am asking for a friend who is looking to purchase an unheated Ruby. He has found a stone, but cannot see the stone in person prior to purchasing and would feel more comfortable if it went to an appraiser prior to him receiving it. It had an AGL report prior to a repolish and it did loose some weight in the process. So, the stone will also be resubmitted for a new report.
