Drat, I was hoping there''d be some pictures on there to show past work they''ve done, specifically how their pave looks and the shape/thickness of their prongs. Oh well.

Yeah I know, no pics I''m sorry! I will have a browse through my email as his assistant has sent me some pics of his work. But I have seen some stuff in person and it looks very nice quality to me.

I would like to help, but my mind is a mess at moment of settings and bands and diamonds and...well, you get the picture!

Would you like a plain or diamond band? Personally, I will probably go for a vintage look like single stone''s one''s, and I think that will also combat the "not sitting flush" issue, as it won''t look like I''m trying to but not achieveing..if that makes sense??

No! I like the idea of you getting gold! Seriously, platinum is beautiful too but I don''t support this idea that it''s the ultimate and everyone should get it if they can. I''d like to see more gold. I don''t think you can go wrong with it.

I actually tried on a plat ring for the first time today, and although I like the wieght of it, the grey colour is definately not for me. Please don''t take me wrong anyone with plat, i would love to like it - just one of those things that doesn''t work. As in, I would love to like eating Salmon and Tuna - but I can''t stand them!

So yellow gold it is - trying things on definately cemented that for me.

Yay! I am glad you got to see them in person and know for sure what you like better. Also, since my wedding set is YG, I am always a little glad to have other YG comrades, esp. since my e-diamond might be going back into a YG setting, after years of trying to get it in white.
