I didn't see many threads here about Frank Darling, so I wanted to add in case it's helpful to anyone else!
I am currently using Frank Darling to purchase a ring upgrade (after having my engagement ring for over 10 years) after falling in love with a setting on their site (this one!) I did their at home try on where they 2 carat CZs in some of their settings for you to wear around your house and it was helpful. Still loved the setting in person, but wanted something that sat lower on my finger and a slightly more narrow band.
I chose a stone from their site (they have a selection of natural, lab, and moissanite stones to chose from) and purchased. They ordered it from the vendor (I don't think they keep their own inventory) and sent me photos and video of the stone to approve. They were also able to customize the setting with the lower basket, larger side stones, and a thinner band, and send me the CAD to approve. I received the ring and LOVED the setting (they nailed it!) but realized the stone didn't have the best light return in person. I knew going in to this that they had a 30 day return policy and after emailing them and choosing a new stone (and asking for ASET images!), they are remaking my ring for free.
The whole time the customer service has been SO responsive, kind and helpful. Have really been pleased with the whole process and I wanted to leave a review here in case anyone else was considering working with them.
