Just a sidenote, I did pay for the express shipping which was delivered through UPS. Not sure what the regular shipping is

I didn't and my purchase was over 1k. I did pay for expedited shipping.

I paid for express shipping and it was delivered through UPS. Not sure if that’s a factor.

It might be as of 2022. I just sold something on Ebay and noticed Ebay took the tax out themselves. I've never seen that before as a seller.

We just took delivery of a ring for my wife and ordered through etsy and paid taxes on the purchase. There was no additional fees to import to US other than $30 express shipping which we paid and shipped to us in North Florida through UPS. Ouros uses a courier in India to handle all the shipping and customs.
