I''m usually done with Christmas shopping the same weekend as Thanksgiving. This year I only have my brother''s gift

I need to get my rear in motion!!

Left on my list:
Mom
Other brother
In-laws (mom, dad, brother)
Godson (seriously why don''t kids just like hot wheels anymore! He wants an I-Pod!!)
Cousin and her two other kids
And a couple of friends

I have to pick up one more item for my husband and my sister, and then I am DONE. Thank goodness!

Oh, and I owe my sister money for the present we''re getting my Step-Tom (Mom''s husband). Beer of the Month Club. Good stuff.

I''ve had everybody done by the Saturday after Christmas except for one girl that we have for a gift exchange AFTER Christmas. Still waiting on a couple shipments, though, so fingers crossed!

Well, I did a little shopping today but most of those gifts were from my mom to other family members. Since we''re out of town, we figured it would be easier for me to purchase and save on shipping. Unfortunately, that doesn''t help MY list much!
I still have: my husband, a few smaller things for my son, daughter, fil, nieces and nephews and friends. I think I know what I''m getting but I haven''t managed to make the purchases yet. I need to get going!!

Hmmm...I still need a gift for one of my two best friends. And a couple of small things for other people, possibly one or two small additional items for my mom to go with the earrings I already got her. But overall, in pretty good shape this year.

Well, not exactly. I have gifts for one of my girlfriends (probably the only friend I''ll do a gift for), my godchild, and DH and I have his parents all covered. We have his 3 siblings left and my parents, all of which we have some ideas for but still kinda no real concrete idea.

Hubby and I are exchanging stockings (with REAL stocking stuffers (low-cost small items), not sneaky expensive-but-small stuff) only, and everyone else has agreed to ''no gifts.''

I have only bought him a couple pairs of boxers for his stocking, I don''t have a clue what else to throw in there!

Oh my goodness...I left my husband off my list...wow, I get the awful wife of 2008 award...

Musey - DH and I go through a wooden advent calendar all that has little doors, so we've been hacking away at the small and inexpensive stuff! DH got an old game for our nintendo 64 (that didn't fit in the doors, but a note that said I'd play for an hour did), last year we got each other little goofy mind puzzle things from the dollar store, pens (also didn't fit), a book (we really do more hiding things and putting notes in the calendar, now I think about it!), DH bought me a CD off of iTunes and put it on one of our shuffles. I'm trying to find one of those LCD flashlights because the one on DH's keychain burned out. My SMIL does really great stockings - last year, she put in a ton of seasonings, dried herbs, steak rubs, really thick socks, stuff like extra spikes and tees for golfing, a really nice corkscrew, packets of cocoa...

DH - haven''t decided what to get him yet. I know what I want to get him, but it''s too much so I need to go without part of the gift.
Sister - I know what I want to get her, but won''t buy it until I go to the US for x-mas.
Dad - no idea at all what I''m getting him. No one knows. He might not be getting anything.

DH hasn''t bought for his mum, his dad, or me. He''s found something for his nana. We''re leaving for the US tomorrow and he needs to give his family their gifts before then.
