Here is my Leon Mege creation. The center stone is from James Allen, pear sides and setting from Leon. Center stone = 3.56carats, H/SI1 AGS0 ideal. Pear sides = 1.14 tcw, H/VS1. Ring size 3 1/2.

Hello all you fellow pear side stone lovers : )

Does anyone have rings, or pictures of this type of setting but with sapphires or rubies on the sides instead of diamonds?

I realize most appreciate "more diamonds, more diamonds, more diamonds" but maybe some appreciate the contrast/color/variety of other side stones?

I have found some pictures of this type of setting on a few online sites, but "real" pictures of people''s rings with various size center/side stones and different bands is always awesome to look at!

I''d like to see that too. My sister has side pear sapphires, but I don''t have a picture. It really makes her diamond pop and look very white. I would LOVE to see side pears in pink or blue diamond!!!!!!!!!!!

That is a setting I could probably go for, if only I had the money...

That was my first thought as I went through the thread as well. I wonder, though, how much is the shape of the pear as well as the size? It seems they are narrower pears than some of the others, or is it just my imagination???
