I was actually heading out to get it resized when I did the hand picture post below and I decided to try for one more set of pictures. I think this one turned out pretty good and thought I would post it for you. (Thanks for your contribution in my other threads)

I took this picture on my floor a few minutes ago.
So what do you think? (anyone)

I went crazy avoiding the "bow tie" effect after I learned about it. How would you rate this bow tie? Quite honestly, this is the first that I have seen the bow tie show up. I think I did pretty good, but feel free to burst my bubble. haha!

How would you rate it?

Great picture! I think the shape of your particular pear is just gorgeous. Love that outline, really nice shape. The bowtie region on your pear seems quite typical for pears - it''s not major by any stretch of the imagination. Any pear is gonna show light leakage in that area. Your pear is quite lovely and you really should be super happy with it! It really looks good with the round sidestones as well, which you don''t typically see paired with pears.

Thanks FireGoddess. I was a little concerned how it would look with the round side stones but I think it looks great too. I was also very happy witht he shape.

It is .4ct, F Color, VS2, with a 1-1.5 ratio.

I am happy with it. I am so glad that I did not just go for a cheaper bigger stone, like I would have done before I found this board.
(Ewlllll) Knowing what I know now, I would have ended up with some cloudy .75 ct piece of Yuck!
