Woo Hoo! Its here!!! Looks amazing on you, GC :appl:

Personally, I would wear it alone. It is so unique, strong and masculine in design that I think it needs to be a stand alone ring.

Hmm that is what i was thinking, but i did design it so that it would sit next to my wedder... :((
i think the wedder is going to sit on my necklace with the jade bead that i have.
I also think that it is all about wearing it with confidence. I so love the rings that i have and just want to show all of them ALL off...

So, just getting ideas and having fun with it at the moment.... :cheeky:

I voted Option #2 for the Russian Wedder. I like mixing it up with different metals etc. I think it is a very unique look when you pair those rings together. Regardless it is an awesome asscher you have there!

I love the ring! I would wear it on its own.

If you really want to wear a wedding band with it, I would have another ring made that matches the height, but is less wide, with an angular profile like your ering. (I would do a thin band with a square profile). Burnish-set stones, like your spinning ring, would look great, but I would sprinkle them more randomly like the Tiffany Etoile to break up the linearity of the overall design.

Beautiful ring - I would certainly let it stand on its own!

Love it, but personally I prefer it on it's own. You have some lovely rings there

I prefer it alone. I love the style!

Greg your ring is to.die.for    I really like it on its own, but personally i wouldn't want to take off my wedding ring, so i think that i would personally wear the two rings together. What does your husband think?

By itself. It makes a statement and draws the eye in that way.

Ditto this. From your options, I like it best on its own but if you have to wear a wedder with it, I would go for something taller but less wide. Your rings are gorgeous by the way!!!!!!

my husband likes option 3... then he later changed it to 1. the wedder is perhaps going to retire onto my necklace....

heheheheheeh another project!!!!! :Up_to_something: :Up_to_something: :read: :read: :read:

But what can i do with the russian wedder? i cant then just leave that on my necklace?????   hmmmm....maybe trade it in for the next project???? hubby may not like the fact that i trade the wedder in :(sad

Why not wear just the tension asscher for a bit - its a new toy! Take it out and play with it! - and then after a few days/weeks, start combining and see which feels the most comfortable and what has the right 'look' you are after.

I love it on its own... oh! ... did I already mention that?? ;))

That is what i am leaning towards- on its own....i like the idea that i can play with the different rings for a while... see what suits....play with the right and left hand ring settings...... :cheeky: :cheeky:

then there is the other project that i want to do- the eternity band (posted on rocky talk).... ohhh the dilemmas!!! heheheheheehehe The eternity band (if it goes ahead) will be Carre or asscher.... i love the square step cuts. :loopy: :loopy:

I am sooooo lucky that i can have this dilemma....

Well... if i had a carre or an asscher eternity coming down the road.... guess what ring I'd be paring this tension set one with????? :naughty: :Up_to_something: :naughty:

That will be a TDF set - and I'm going to be SOOO VERY JEALOUS of you !!!

Yes, agree Enerchi.... if i got the eternity, then the eternity will definitely go with this asscher..... :appl: :appl: or would that look too much on the finger????

but what do i do with the wedder???? keep it on the necklace, i guess...oh the joys!!!!

TOO MUCH BLING??? I'm sorry -- there must be a language issue... I'm not understanding these words you are typing --- "too much bling" - I have never heard of this...

Greg, everyone's here complimenting your rings, but oh my god, your fingers look SO NICE! They're so long and slender, and I really think that wearing just your new ring by itself really compliments that long, slenderness.

Don't get too "masculine" of an eternity, with it being chunky or with a wide band. It'll distract from your beautiful asscher. I wouldn't want it more than 1/2 the width of your asscher.

Well, I think it looks great with your wedding band! I think you should wear it that way if you want to, it looks nice!

I 100% agree with Enerchi!!!!! It's stunning on it's own now! But oh my goodness an asscher eternity would look PERFECT!!!! And there is absolute NO SUCH THING AS TOO MUCH BLING!!! Are you crazy?!? Stunning! And yes, you can wear the gold ring on your other hand, middle finger or around your neck just NOT by that ring! :appl:

Just went to your other thread for more pics ::) I like it by itself, it has lots of presence already, I think the bands distract more than they add to the look.

THanx guys!!!

It has got me SUPER excited about the eternity that i a planning, so much so that i HAVE to get it SOON!!!! :cheeky: :cheeky: :cheeky: Maybe X'mas 2012 (cause i am SUPER excited) or sometime in the next year or so!!!! thinking of getting finances together.

Now, given that ENERCHI, MADALISE, 04diamond have stated that an asscher eternity would look even more gorgeous than the asscher tension on its own, I have narrowed down my search for the eternity to this one from facets. I was toying with other ideas (on rocky talk) and narrowed it to 3 but am pretty sure I am going for the Asshcer/Carre eternity like this one from FACETS. A full eternity as i dont like the idea of not seeing diamonds, if the ring spun.... It is going to be at most 2tcw; which would give me about 3mm thickness, and also trying to go for the squarer finish to the ring to match the asscher tension.

what are PSers thoughts on this next ring? is it going to be too BLINGY???? sorry, yes that is the language that i am going to use!!!!   :saint: :saint: :saint:

Hi O4diamond,
The russian wedder is now on my necklace with the jade bead that i have... I have to work out what it is that i am going to do with the wedder. Unfortunately, it doesn't really fit any other finger. My left ring finger is broken and the wedder accentuates the broken-ness of the finger. :knockout: :blackeye: I designed spinning rings to be a bit chunkier so that it "hid" the broken knuckle.

Another project to work on!!!! LOL

This is just too much fun....    :appl: :appl: :appl: :appl:

THanx guys!!!!
