Can anyone recommend where I might be able to find nice wedding-y script font that''s fairly easy to read (it''s for mailing labels!). I''d love a recommendation for an actual font, actually... (the MS Word ones are a little boring, IMO).

Thanks so much!

www.1001freefonts.com/ has some really nice ones. This is where I get most of my fonts at. Also they''re pretty easy to install :) Let me know if you need any help

Smurfy is right, I get a lot of mine there too- to install a quick search will help (control panel, extract the folder, add it to your font list) voila!
I love how on the windows, it incorporates it all over (paint, etc)
Good luck!
I would recommend some, but I don''t think my definition of "wedding-y" matches the norm haha.
Plus, browsing through their set of font is fun!

dafont.com is good, too

My favourite flowy font (how much of a nerd do I sound) is Scriptina it looks elegant and flowy and easy to work with.

I really love 1001freefonts.com also, and I just browed there last week to check out some wedding-ish fonts! My favorite so far (I only got to the D's!) was Adine Kimberg Script.
ETA- I also liked one called Ablemarle that is less scripty.

another vote for scriptina here! i think i got mine off dafont.com. i googled font and clicked on images to get visuals of some of them. good luck, and have fun! fonts are fun, hehe!

Thank you all so much!! I never knew there were so many fonts out there for my consumption.

I really like Murray Hill, I''m pretty sure I got it from dafont but I could be wrong about that...It has visual interest but isn''t too fancy, so it''s good for less formal stationery.

Wow Smurfy (and others). Thanks for that info, I will be bookmarking that page.

oops somebody already said that.. sorry!

I was going to recommend dafont.com too! I spent about half an hour on there last night downloading fonts for my holiday cards. I''ve attached some so you can get a visual!

I''m with the girls who recommened dafont.com, I used windsong for my escort cards and I loved it!

I want to download the fonts from Smurfy''s suggestion...but cannot figure out how to add them to my font list for MS

Italia- when you download the file save it to your desktop, open it and on the left of that window there should be an option that says "extract files" click it, and all the files will go into another folder (likely on your desktop as well)- then, click on start, control panel, fonts, file, "install new font"- then all you have to do is find the font (I find desktop easiest because I delete the file once it is all installed) and voila! all done!
(it will automatically add itself to your applications (word, paint..etc)

Thanks again for the font suggestions! I was going to hand-calligraphy all my Save the Dates, but with law school finals on the horizon I decided that grades should take precedence over pretty pre-invites -- so you''ve all been a great help!
