Wedding Flower help!! What is this flower called??

HI Everyone!! In my search to find an intresting centerpiece, I came accross this arrangement. I love the cascading/hanging flowers that are red and pink, shaped like a thin, long cone. I have no idea what they are called. Can anyone help?

I could very well be mistaken, as I'm no flower expert by any means, but from doing a bit of googling, it looks like it could be an Amaranthus caudatus, commonly known as a love-lies-bleeding.
