Is negligible color graded by AGS, equivalent to No color graded by GIA.

Negligible by AGS could be exactly NO fluorescence or a tiny bit. No fluorescence by GIA can means none, a tiny bit or a almost "medium" (in my terminology). The GIA's approach to NO is very unique. The saying , "What part of NO don't you understand?" may apply.
