Flanders vs. Lucere : Which has Larger Sparkles/Scintilation and Brilliance

Hi everyone,

I''m read many of these threads and want to say thank you to everyone for helping the average uneducated Joe with finding the right engagement ring.

I''ve narrowed it down to either Flanders or Lucere cut based on what I''ve read/seen -- we''re looking for a square stone with large sparkles/scintilation and with lots of brilliance as the main factor (which is why we have such a large range)

0.7-1.07 carat
Color F-H
Clarity VS1-SI1
close to Ideal Cut
$3500 - $4500

Which one would you recommend for Larger sparkles/scintilation, Lucere or Flanders?

What are the main differences between Lucere and Flanders?

What is the difference in cost / carat between Lucere and Flanders?

Are all Luceres gauranteed to be ideal cut? What about Flanders?
