Fixing a prong - Victor Canera Emilya

I dropped my ring on the tile this morning while getting ready and it must have landed on a prong - I can see it's raised slightly and my hair gets caught in it. Is this something I can get fixed locally? Or should I ship it back to Victor (across the country) to have him fix it?

Appreciate any advice!

This is one of those scenarios where it pays to contact Victor Canera directly and ask that question. Depending on the nature of the repair, having it done locally without his consent could void your warranty.
