I found this setting and love it! the only thing i want to change is it needs a larger head to hold my 1.5ct round 7.44-7.35mm stone. Also i want a tapered baguette or bullet diamond on each shoulder.

This company wants a $200 fee to just design it which i understand but want to know if anyone else has idea on where to get what i am looking for

I see similar settings on eBay a lot (and a lot cheaper when they're vintage), it's a popular style, I'd stalk around a bit first.

You might want to check out this site: http://antiqueengagementrings.com/

They have several fishtail prong settings in their setting section, such as this one.

Not exactly what you are looking for, but it's a starting point! You may find something you like there.

The way the diamond is set in the prongs in your link http://www.engagement-ring-mountings.com/ring_settings_info_303.htm is a very good example of how the final piece should look from the top. The post above mine shows a stone inside a setting that needs to be finished and should look just the same as the one on your link when it is done. There should be three distinct prong tips on all four quarters of the diamond's edge and crown.

These were at one time very common ready made settings and a jeweler does not need to "design" any such setting. They can be bought to fit the diamond you want to set. The shank and side stone setting is also nearly all ready made in many venues for jewelers to buy and assemble for you. Don't hire a designer to make this, but find a good jeweler who will assemble the components without a "design" fee. It is not any kind of original creation that you are asking for.
