First timer looking for some advice

Hi Everyone,

Im looking to purchase a diamond for an engagement ring from James Allen. I am considering one of these three diamonds listed below and I would like to keep the range in terms of price from 9k to 11k USD as I get screwed on the FX (damn Canadian Peso!).

Of the three, I am intrigued by #3 because the price is attractive to me but the caveat is the medium fluorescent, which I have read might actually be beneficial to a near colourless diamond as it can make it appear whiter.

What are your guys opinion my selections? I am also open to other diamonds suggestions that you guys may have.
