First time poster-opinions on this RB PLEASE

Hello,
I've been a long time lurker and decided to finally post a question.

I'm looking at 1.21 ct RB J SI2 xxx on JA. What are you thoughts on the stone. I'm considering it bc I think that a prong may hide the inclusion and the price is $4.2K. What are your overall thoughts? worth pursuing? It scores 1.7 on HCA, excellent for all except spread, which is very good.

The other thing I'm not sure about is if you move the magnifying loop from the top corner there is a yellow spot, but since nothing is showing on the GIA report could it be a reflection or something else?

I think you are right. The prong can hide the inclusion and the price is really good.

Did you get an Ideal Scope with the diamond straightened out?

Seems like a great value, hope gemologist comes back with something positive

So although I haven't receive the idealscope image yet ( JA says that for some reason that wasn't noted as part of the request) this is what the gemologist had to say.

" I'm pleased to tell you that this diamond has great fire, brilliance, and scintillation and is incredibly bright. Its inclusions blend very well with its faceting and only the feather in the crown has the likelihood of being visible. Fortunately, we will be able to completely cover the feather with a prong. It has a true "J" color and its fluorescence has no negative impact on the diamond's overall beauty. This diamond is a great value and beautiful option."

I've requested that they provide the image, but what do you guys think so far?

I'd say so far it sounds promising and a good value, but I'd still want to see the idealscope image. But so far so good!

ETA I forgot to mention that those are very close to my favorite proportions. Hope it works out for you!
