First Post, need opinions on Round Diamond

HI All, I'm looking for some guidance as I am a diamond newbie.

I have found a diamond at my Brother in laws jeweler It is a 1.31ct Round Cut, G, Si1, Ex Cut, Polish and Symmetry. I Checked HCA it scored 3.0.

Table-59 %
Crown Angle-35.5°
Crown Height-14.5%
Pavilion Angle-40.8°
Pavilion Depth-43.0%
Star Length-50%
Lower Half-80%
Girdle-Medium, Faceted, 3.5%
Culet-None

GIA report it mentions feather, crystal, cloud and needle. Can someone explain to be which is the feather on the GIA plot, is it the line on the left or is it with the cluster in the right? (i have the attached the plot/specs to this post)

Overall will this be a good or decent diamond to purchase? it did look eye clean Any help would really be appreciated!

The big one on the left definitely is a feather. It is possible that there are small feather inclusions in the cluster on the right (cannot really say for sure. the diagram is too small)
A diamond such proportions and HCA score of 3.0 is not something many PSers recommend.
It is not a bad diamond. It may be decent and look actually beautiful. It is just there are better cut diamonds with more fire and brilliance.
