First Gemstone Purchases - Aqua RHR and White Topaz Earrings

Hi everyone! These are my very first gemstone purchases. I bought both of them specifically for my wedding, and don''t plan to wear them until then (more than a year away), but I wanted to share them with you! I know they may not be the best cut stones, but I was able to see them in person and they are just beautiful to me. I''ll start with the earrings : 4.75 cttw white topaz center stones with .5 cttw white sapphires, set in 14k white gold. The RHR is a 2.25 ct aquamarine, with .2 ct H/I diamonds, set in 14k white gold.

I really wish I could take pictures like some of you can, but this is the best I could do. Both of them sparkle so much better in person, and my aqua is just brilliant in sunlight! I know I am going to have a hard time storing them until next June, but I''m glad I can share them with you!

These are lovely. Did you find them at Sam''s Club? I saw some there some while back very similar and loved them.. Love the halo''s!!! Gorgeous gorgeous and love the filigree gallery on the ring.

Thanks SDL! Yes, I did get them at Sam''s. I was concerned the cut and stone quality wouldn''t be as good as something from Dan or Jeff or Barry, and I know it probably isn''t, but I love them anyway. I was able to see them in person, and they were priced very reasonably. My mom has been buying me jewelry from Sam''s since early high school, so I actually have several pieces, though these are my first gemstones. Now I''ve got my eye on a gorgeous amethyst pendant with a halo. It''s beautiful.

The gallery of the aqua is one of my favorite parts too.

OMGOSH!!! I LOVE them!!!!

The earrings are BLINGY, and would look great with a wedding dress.
And the aquamarine is just awesome. I love the crossover split shank, totally nice!
