Well, sort of.... I had gone to David''s Bridal once with a friend before I was seriously considering purchasing anyway. I tried stuff on then but actually hated everything. So I consider this the first time I was REALLY looking, and I found THE ONE right off the bat! YAY!!!

I (of course) tried on lots of others too, but nothing compared to this one. I knew before I even saw it in a mirror. I could just feel that it was perfect.

Dress by Essence of Australia. Bought off the rack from Jon''s Bridal in Tampa. Fits like a glove and I LOVE LOVE LOVE it!!

And the back. Please excuse the big ugly clips holding the straps on. My fiancee apparently has this thing about me in spaghetti straps. My dress just HAD to have them!

You can''t really see the details in these pics, but I love that it sparkles, but isn''t too blingy. I forgot to add that the color is "diamond white". What''s not to love?

Very pretty dress and I totally know what you mean about the first dress. I knew my dress was the dress when I laid eyes on it and made myself try on another dress so that I could say I bought the second dress I tried on. lol.

Thanks House Cat. That was pretty much all I wore as a youngun when we first started dating:)

It''s funny, I actually really loved the second dress too, but I knew my fiance would have hated it because it was way too blingy for his taste. Plus it just didn''t FEEL as good on. But after the first two, nothing even came close.

Have I seen your dress? I don''t remember if I have or not, but I''d like to since I LOVE your shoes and your ring! Do you have a link?
