Yes.... It''s like the wirework is almost the opposite of what it should be. I''d not be happy with that.Date: 6/25/2009 1:15:11 AM

Yeah, what is up with those wires bulging out like that? James Allen certainly has had some repeated issues with their settings recently.![]()
It''s a gorgeous diamond and the setting, on the website, look beautiful. You did a great job!
Before the process, I gave JA details what I want. Exactly like the stock ring, except with a platinum head ( the prongs and the bezels ) not the bars holding the bezels. I wanted claw prongs. But they didn''t do those the requests.
If it is my ring, I''m sure that I will send the ring back to JA. I know my aunt wants to wear this ring with her band. To see how happy she was when she received this ring I didn''t want to bring out my thought. I just want she has her ring for a few days then aks her about this. And I also want to hear your thoughts about the setting.
This is a first time to deal with JA, but it was a unpleasant experience for me and for my aunt who was a first time online buyer. When the shipping date changed second time, and unable to meet a date line, my aunt was really scare - she thought her ring never come...my poor 60 years old aunt. I fell very bad when she called me and ask if she lost her money. At the end, JA was able to send the ring out just in time. Now, we may have to deal with JA about the setting again

Oh do you know that JA has manufactory in LA? Because when my aunt received her ring without the report. I aksed, they told me that the ring made in LA and the report in NY. My aunt received the report 4 days later.
