Finally some photos of my mom''s birthday pendant!

I held off posting these until we gave my mom her birthday gift, but it was soo hard not to show it off! BGD did the setting and I think they did a beautiful job. The stone is from Precision Gem and Gene was kind enough to post it on the "Jewelry" page of his website! My mother is thrilled with it

ETA: no neckshots, unfortunately...it was a crazy weekend and there just wasn't time or opportunity to get some. I will definitely try next time I visit my parents, though!

Jstar, it is indeed a tsavorite -- sorry, I forgot to add that in the beginning!

I was torn at first about whether to go with white or yellow gold, but Brian, Lesley and I all agreed that yellow was better. I'm so glad that we went with it, I think it gives it a lot more oomph! The original plan was to have tiny diamonds set where the milgraining is along the top, but the main stone was too small to support them aesthetically, so Brian suggested milgrain instead with just one small diamond. I think it worked, and my brother and I were glad to be able to give my mom something absolutely one-of-a kind!
