Finally, My E-ring

I've posted in the main forum but found that this was probably a better place for me to post since the forum is titled "Show Me the Bling!"

My dear BF and I have been searching and waiting for my e-ring for half a year and finally we got to see it this past weekend. I don't have it yet because BF wants to do an official proposal before I can wear it. In the meantime, I'd like to share some photos and when I have it on my finger again, I'll definitely share some more.

Here are the details:

Harry Winston Micropave with Emerald Cut
2.5 carat
E color
VVS2 clarity

I love how the stone reflects everything. The yellow that you see on one of the pics is actually reflecting the ceiling within the HW store.

I have not updated this thread since my engagement in May. My DF proposed to me in Paris at the Notre Dame. He had another ring as a substitution for my e-ring at the time of the proposal. Nonetheless, it was very thoughtful of him and one of the most memorable days of my life.

I LOVE step cuts- especially asscher--- but I think I am liking emerald cuts more these days Truly a stunning ring.

I think both types of step cuts are beautiful. I love how it's so different from all the other cuts. Very simple and the big flashes that blinds my eyes. Hehe...
