Finally! I pic of my new sqaure step

I''m so excited!

After almost a month of trying, I finally figured out how to use our new video camera to take a pic of my new engagement ring so I could post it here! This is not a very good photo though and doesn''t show how pretty it really is! Does anyone have any advice on how to take a good picture? I''ve seen so many beautiful photos on this site but can''t seem to take a good one.

I love it so much! It''s so fun to wear. Well, here it is, poor pic and all.

I am totally embarassed to say that I have no idea what my setting sytle is called?! It wasn't something discussed when I ordered the ring, and it is rather high, but the stone is deep. I just took some pics for you and have uploaded one, the other to follow. Can you tell me what type it is? I read so many of your posts and know that you really know your stuff! Many thanks!

I love that stone...I saw a square emerald cut eternity ring once and it was to die for...your stone reminds me very much of those stones (muh bigger of course!) and it is amazing. I have never seen one anywhere else.

It's so beautiful....I'm in the middle of looking for a square cut emeral/asscher cut in the one carat range right now! I'm so envious!
