Finally got one!! Thanks to belle and Jaime at WF

Well, I finally ordered up a diamond. It came in yesterday and it looks good, ordering was quick and easy, Jaime at WF answered all my questions. Jaime even found me a little temporary setting for it that looks great and will allow me to present it without having to have the final setting decided on. I have an appriasal line up for Friday for the little guy.

Sorry tried to include the images but I must be doing something wrong and i can't seem to get it to work..

It shines like no tomorrow, my eagle eyes picked out the needle tho

so I gotta try to convince my "mind" its ok I'll get the appraiser's thoughts on it as well though just to make sure.

Thanks to belle for answering all my numerous questions about diamonds and looking at the zillion links i sent her...

Firstly I think my friend Belle is the best!

She always gives such excellent advice and it is great to hear someone give her the recognition she deserves. The diamond looks incredible, and I am sure you will be delighted with it, I don''t think you will see the needle, but you are having an appraisal and I am sure it will be fine! Also the appraiser will give you peace of mind - that old " mind clean" phenomenon! Sounds like a keeper congrats!

Yep belle was really great, she gave me links to good tutorials both on PS and vendor sites, offered good advice on stones I had found, she also found me a few I could look at, this was actually one of them.

Not sure how the final setting will be, I really like platinum and my gf seems to really like it as well. So we will probably go platinum, she also doesn''t seem to like the settings that set the diamond up really high either. Worried about getting winter gloves on over it? Someone told me though that she could just spin it on her hand to side when wearing gloves?? Any thoughts or clues?
