After months of waiting, I am officially engaged! My now fiance proposed over Thanksgiving weekend and it's such a relief. We've been so busy these past few months it was hard to find some quality time together.
First, I want to thank Bob at WF for being so patient with me on my journey for this ring. It's been through a lot! I called him around June to get the ring made, and after much consultation, I finally settled on the style similar to Mara's ring but the diamonds would only go half way around instead of an eternity band. After I got the ring, I noticed it was set up a bit to high for my taste so I had Bob put in a Solstice setting instead. The ering and wedding band wouldn't sit flush but that doesn't bother me that much. It was finallly finished in August.
Of course I've already set the wedding plans in motion. We're getting married in Hawaii
Specs:
1.65ct H SI1 GIA certified
Platinum engagement ring with diamonds half way around (8 x 0.03ct) size 2.25
Matching diamond wedding band in platinum (10 x 0.03ct) size 2.25
