Final Diamond Question before engagement ring purchase

I'm getting ready to propose and I believe that I've found the diamond, but as this is not my expertise I thought I would ask other whether this is a good deal or not. I noticed the CA is a little low, but I think that it's in decent proportion to PA, so I've read that is okay. Any help is appreciated. $2400

In my opinion, I would go for a whiter color than H, such as at least G and Excellent cut for super sparkle.

Thanks for your input iluvdiamonds2. I did look at other stones, but I opted to stay with the stone that I had in mind. I know that there is a chance that the H colored stone may appear slightly yellow in the white setting, but if so, I have a 30 day return policy that I'll be using. On the other hand, the diamond appears to be cut well, and has fewer inclusions then some of the ones that you recommended. I've decided to give this diamond a shot set into a classic solitaire 14K white gold knife edge ring. I'm hoping she loves it. I've been saving for a long time for this, as I'm a less than wealthy college student and full-time EMS worker, and I really want this to be "the ring".
