Feedback on Frank Darling - particularly custom work?

Hello friends! I have been looking and it seems that Frank Darling has some of the best pricing in terms of LCD. My question is about their custom work. I have my heart set on a reverse split shank but with the side diamonds bigger than the usual offered. (Cttw is usually around .3-.5 total weight I would love at least .8 MIN). Basically I would really like some decent sized stones in the four outward “spokes” of the “x”. Also, I’d love to keep everything in house as my wedding bands would need to Match the ring.
