Upgrading the wife's stone from 2ct to 4ct & looking for great light performance at a lower price point. must be at least 4ct. I have the one below on order from JA. Hope I didn't make a mistake. it's not been delivered. Anything else in the 4ct $25k price point that is comparable?

Approx price is $24k for the JA stone above.

Thank you, it's my 1st post so go easy...

The color will be apparent, but the sparkle from the cut will work - I am guessing you are not in your 20's - so viewing distances will be more than 12 inches - more likely 15+ so the slightly shallow cut should not be an issue.
You need to have the stone checked for haziness from the fluoro by the vendor gemologists - but more than likely it will help with color improvement when there is enough light to see the yellowish tint. Contrary to what people think - even indoors the UV that comes thru glass windows is the frequency that improves color.

Thank you for the feedback. I will have it checked for haziness. Yeah, this is a 25th anniversary upgrade and we are closer to 50's:)

Here is the ideal scope image. I appreciate all of the valuable information from this forum.
Thank you

The idealscope looks great..this seems like a nice 60/60 stone! The strong blue fluoro will definitely help the color and if set in a solitaire, this stone will look marvelous. Great price point as well! Can't wait to see real pics!

Thank you! Will be setting in a Yellow gold setting to hopefully offset the darker color. Will post updates when it arrives and we get it mounted.

I think that yellow gold will compliment the M color quite well, but I personally would not be afraid to set it in unplated WG for example or rose gold. I wouldn't call the color "dark" but simply warm. I hope you like it in person!
