considering buying a very nice, rather clean si2... likely it was graded si2 becuase of an extensive feather just outsidethe table.. about 1/4 of the face and while hard to see it worries me for long term durability. a previous post said it was unlikely to break... but I have been tempted by a carat size that is out of my budget. I had been sticking to the vs until i saw this one. any suggestions.. or warnings? I have been considering an independent appraisal as my knowledge is limited.
