The mind boggles. I had no idea they were so bad. I was a member of another forum whose members frequently recommended Fay Cullen.

I am going to disagree with the pp. My e-ring is from Fay Cullen and I love it. My DH had a wonderful experience working with them, and they were very professional and considerate.

They had an ering listed on their site, saying they could do it with a different centre stone if necessary. I emailed them twice about it, but they never got back to me.

Soon, I have not dealt with them directly. But as Gleam said after presumably doing some reading on here, the mind does boggle at some of the unscrupulous and downright dirty behaviour they have been involved in.

This does not mean that every single customer had a bad experience, of course not.
And it doesn''t lessen your ering or your experience in any way either.

But based on what I''ve learned here and my own interpretations of their website and policies, I cannot in good conscience recommend them to another PSer.
If someone reads the reviews on here (both good and bad), they can of course make up their own mind.

Gleam, I don''t know if this is helpful, but I just purchased an eternity/stacking band from ID Jewelry and I LOVE it. They have quite a few options with both gemstones and diamonds, and they can customize the stones.

I had one made with pink sapphires to represent my daughter. Now I''m onto blue sapphires for my son! Might be worth taking a peek at their site.
