Fair price for princess?

I''m looking at a princess cut diamond from a local jeweler and was hoping to get some feedback. Below are the stats on it:

EGL Certificate (yah i know . . .)
1.42ct
Clarity - SI2
Color - F
Dimensions - 6.18x6.12x4.57
Total Depth - 74.7%
Table - 69
Crown - 13
Pavillion - 60
Girdle - Thin
Symmetry - Very Good
Polish - Very Good
Price - 7k

The store has a brilliance scope on sight and I got to take a look at the results. It did got very high for scintillation, high for colored light, and medium for white light. To me the stone looks very nice. It has very nice fire and scintillation. My only concern is that it''s EGL certified instead of AGS or GIA. Other than that though the stone is quite nice.

What do you guys think?

EGL F --> AGS G is a fair trade. Then this is an AGS 0. Call Excel, see if it''s eye-clean. If it is, have it shipped to you. Take it into store, compare.
