Received wisdom is that it will make a stone look more yellow.
Given that I HAVE E and H stones with STRONG blue fluor, and have yet to see any eye-visible effects in natural light (or any other light than a black light) ... I wouldn't place any bets, necessarily. Fluor doesn't seem to follow any easily predictable rules.
My advice would be to try to get a look at the actual stone if the price is good, you love the cut, etc.
An interesting point: GIA will not assign a shade of color when the FL is faint.
So we'd have to consider stones that have FL graded without the aid of GIA.
I will say that assigning the FL grade is VERY tough.
Sometimes I think I'll get Medium, and it comes back faint- other times strong.
