Fabulous eBay find!

I bought this sweet delicate setting from a first-time seller on eBay, and kept my fingers crossed that it wouldn’t be a huge mistake. It’s a Simon G. setting, 18K white gold, with a 6.5 mm moissanite. She sent me her original receipt and, wow, did she undercharge me.

In any case, I had planned to replace the moissanite with a sapphire or a diamond, but I like the moissanite so much, I’m just going to leave it as is! At least for now….

In any case, here’s Georgia! I named her that because that’s where she came from. She’s a delight.

Thank you @MeowMeow! I think the moissanite is actually reflecting the yellow from my walls. It doesn't show any warmth on my hand, though I wouldn't mind if it did. The tiny diamonds along the curves really catch the light well, too. The whole thing is just makes me smile.

The seller was so sweet, too. I wanted to tell her she asked too little for the ring, but that might have made her feel bad. I feel like I won a sparkly lottery, though, with this one.
