He asked the above question. We answered and then offered more info. He did not ask us about the cut or other properties. I'm all for education, but I don't find it fair to rebuke (even very very mildly as you have done) when we are answering a question he did not ask.

Very true. I have read too many posts, though, of regretful purchasers and felt compelled to implore OP to read PSers posts carefully. I don’t have a dog in his purchase, so to speak.
